Delivery Policy
Fresh & Salty Aquarium Services offers convenient local delivery and pickup options for customers throughout our Central Florida service area. Because many of our products may include live corals, fish, and other aquarium livestock, we take extra care when coordinating each order.
Local Pickup
Pickup Fee: $0.00
Customers may choose free local pickup at an agreed-upon location.
After your order is placed, Fresh & Salty Aquarium Services will contact you to coordinate an appropriate pickup location, date, and time. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available based on the distance from our delivery area.
Our standard local delivery rates are:
Delivery Distance Delivery Fee
Up to 10 miles $10.00
Up to 19 miles $18.00
Up to 25 miles $26.00
Delivery Area
Local delivery is currently available within approximately 25 miles of our designated service area.
If your address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order. Depending on your location and the type of products being purchased, we may be able to arrange delivery for an additional charge.
Special Delivery Rate
Orders whose subtotal is less than $100 will be subject to a $50 local delivery fee, including orders within our delivery area based on order value, delivery requirements, livestock considerations, or other special handling requirements.
Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been received, we may contact you by phone, text, or email to coordinate delivery.

We make every reasonable effort to deliver orders during the agreed-upon delivery window.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change your delivery address, pickup arrangement, or scheduled delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order is out for delivery, changes may not be possible and additional delivery charges may apply.
